Cranberry Walnut Granola

INGREDIENTS
2 cups walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp hemp seeds or flaxseeds
1 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 150C and line a baking tray.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well until everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture onto the tray and bake until golden brown, stirring as needed, 15-20 minutes.
